Deadline Date Friday, August 27, 2004 Note: Your contest entry must be in our office no later than August 27th. There is no grace period, this deadline is final. Entries arriving after this date are disqualified; your entry fee and entry package will not be returned. |

Inclusion 1)
Entry: You
may enter multiple original songs. 2) CD: If you are entering more than one song please place them all on one, single compact disc (CD). There is no need for you to send multiple CD's, which will only incur extra expense for you. 3) Lyric: Please submit typed (not handwritten) lyric sheets for each song. Do not include sheet music, notation, chord charts, scripture references, notes, etc. 4) Identification: Although no official entry form is needed, your lyric sheet must include your (typed) personal information. It must include your first and last name, your phone number, your postal mailing address, and your personal e-mail address. Failure to include this information disqualifies your entry. Your entry fee and entry package will not be returned. 5) Fee: Entry must include appropriate contest fee. Failure to do so will disqualify entry. Entry packages are not returned. Note: Please do not include master, original demos and original lyric sheets in your entry package. All entry packages will be properly disposed, they will not be returned. |

Publishing Status Entries may be published or non-published. However, this contest is for writers, not publishers. Therefore, prizes will be awarded to the writer, not the publisher. |

single form of payment may be submitted for multiple entries. Note: Entry Fees Are Nonrefundable. |

Judging Process Greg Day and Mickey Mixon are our judges and will choose our contest winners. Songs
are judged per Lyric Correlation, Rhyme, Melody, Originality
and overall Composition. Although entry demos must include at least one vocal and at least one musical accompaniment instrument, and be recorded as audibly clean and clear as possible, demo entries will not be judged by performance. |

Eligibility Novice, Amateur and Semiprofessional writers whose primary writing style is listed in the Entry Song Style (above) and do not make a substantial salary by writing. Note: This contest is for United States residents only. |

Winners
Publicized Our 1st place winning song will be posted on this website. The names of our winners and their song titles will be posted, as well. Note: Entries constitute permission to publicize winners’ name, likeness, voice, song title, song lyric and audio, and such like for any advertising by GS.C and staff. |

its staff, judges and sponsors are not liable for postage due, late,
lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or misappropriated entries. GS.C,

business matters between our winner and the artists that may record the winning entry. GS.C, its staff and judges are not liable for any copyright infringements.
