Rainie Mixon

Rainie is Mickey's wife and best friend. She has served as secretary of GospelSongwriter.Com since its founding in 1999.

Rainie has 30-plus years as a professional bookkeeper and office manager.

Her ministry resume includes serving in three different churches since 1981. She taught teenage Sunday school for over 15 years. She served as both the vice-president and president of the Young People Endeavor youth ministry. She served as the Ladies Auxiliary president for over 20 years, and secretary of the Pentecostal Youth for Christ ministry for 10 years.

Although Rainie has never been a formal member of a Gospel music group she has performed in trios, duets and as a soloist in local churches.

Rainie comes from a musical family. Her dad, Charles Rodgers, performed on the Grand Ole Opry several times in the 1940’s.
