Requirements

By submitting your request you are indicating you examined, understood and agree to abide by the E-pal requirements, as described below. Failure to abide by these requirements is grounds for automatic removal of your e-mail address from our list, without notification, correspondence nor renewal of your listing. Thank you.

1) Due to our service policy, our E-pal list is for United States residents only. All others are prohibited. Should nonqualified E-pal submissions be presented they will be denied. Sorry!

2) E-pal members do not have permission to exploit this website or the contact information of GSC and its staff outside of the precise parameters of permission granted via our manager Mickey Mixon. We do not appreciate self-imposed, unapproved endorsements or referrals. We respect your contact information and we expect the same respect from our E-pals.

3) GSC and its staff do not accept nor open e-mail attachments that are not prescheduled, due to computer virus concerns.

4) GSC and its staff do not wish to receive, nor will they open, nor will they forward E-mail Forwards to those on our e-mail lists. Please do not send them.

5) If you include the e-mail address of GSC and its staff within an e-mail blast (sending the same e-mail to several e-mail addresses simultaneously), you are required to please place our e-mail address in Blind Carbon Copy (BCC). We do not wish for everyone who receives your e-mail to see or collect our e-mail address. This is a wise and practical cautionary measure that reduces the success of a computer virus e-mailing itself to everyone listed in your e-mail address book.

6) If you create a new e-mail address and wish to have it included in our list please visit this, our E-pal, page to unsubscribe your former e-mail address and subscribe your new one. Our staff is simply too busy to re-subscribe E-pal members.

7) Should you decide you no longer wish to be on our E-pal list - please be sure to unsubscribe your e-mail address, so our database can remain fresh, up to date, and unencumbered for those who wish to continue being on our E-pal list.

8) As with most websites and e-mail lists, we may add new E-pal requirements in the future. So please be sure to visit this page occasionally for any updates.
